is from the Sanskirt
language. In loose
translation it means, “I
honor the place in you where
Spirit lives. I honor the

and of Peace, When you are
in that place in you, and I
am in that place in me, then
we are One.” Namaste is a
gesture that is said at the
beginning and end of each
Yoga and Meditation class.
